SG Digital joins Sweden’s BOS

SG Digital has become an associate member of Sweden’s Association for Online Games (BOS).

Established in February, SG Digital is a new division of Scientific Games that incorporates the existing portfolio of SG Interactive with those of NYX Gaming Group.

As a member of the BOS, SG Gaming will now work alongside other companies active in Sweden market on issues that impact the national gambling market.

The BOS has pledged its support to the Swedish government’s plans to remove the current monopoly setup in the country in favour of a new licensing system.

Gustaf Hoffstedt, general secretary of the BOS, said: “SG Digital is a B2B provider consisting of recently acquired NYX Gaming Group and former SG Interactive.

“SG Digital games are available at many of the online gaming companies aimed at Swedish consumers, therefore they are important to us.”
