Ladbrokes has announced that Richard Moross is to step down from his role as a non-executive director with the bookmaker.
Moross had served on the Ladbrokes board since 2012 but will now step down from the position in order to devote more time to other commercial interests.
The departing Moross will not seek re-election at the bookmaker’s AGM on May 5 and will cease to be a director with effect from the same date.
Ladbrokes chairman John Kelly said: “On behalf of the board, I'd like to thank Richard for his contribution to the board, particularly through the revamp of our digital product.”
