GVC hands senior role to 888’s Maman

GVC has recruited Roni Maman from 888 to take on the newly-created role of vice-president business operations.

Maman will assume responsibility for the structure, processes and execution of customer services within the group, reporting directly to chief operating officer Shay Segev.

During his time with 888, Maman served in a number of senior management positions, including head of customer service, vice-president of support and telemarketing and VIP, as well as senior vice-president of operations.

Commenting on the appointment, Segev said: “We are delighted to have Roni joining us to lead our business operations; Roni brings extensive operational experience and has a proven track record in customer services and customer engagement which is respected throughout the industry and will help to drive our business forward.”
