RMG adds Ladbrokes Coral and Kindred veterans to board
Racecourse Media Group (RMG), the umbrella organisation for the 37 racecourse shareholders and parent company of Racing UK, has appointed Jim Mullen and Britt Boeskov as independent non-executive directors.
Mullen (pictured) most recently served as group chief executive of Ladbrokes, continuing in the role following its merger with Coral, then departing when the business was acquired by GVC Holdings.
He previously worked as managing director of Ladbrokes Digital and had a spell as chief operating officer for William Hill.
Boeskov also joins the RMG board, having spent almost 15 years in executive and managerial roles at Kindred Group, formerly Unibet Group.
Currently chief experience officer at the online gambling operator, Boeskov previously served as chief operating officer and business development manager.
In addition, RMG has appointed Antonia Wright as company secretary to its board and legal director for the RMG executive team.
Wright currently serves as head of commercial legal affairs at The Stars Group and was previously senior commercial counsel at online gaming operator and developer Gamesys Group.
“These new appointments will enhance the RMG board’s desire to work closer with the betting and gaming industry,” RMG chairman Roger Lewis said. “Jim, Britt and Antonia will provide RMG with a better understanding of this critically important driver of our business and will help us build stronger relationships across the industry.”
