Macy resigns as CEO of Integrity Gaming
Peter Macy has stepped down from his role as chief executive and a director of Integrity Gaming.
In a statement, the company said Macy has opted to leave the business in order to “pursue other interests”.
Integrity has appointed director Robert Miodunski as interim chief executive while it seeks a permanent replacement for Macy.
Miodunski was previously chairman and chief executive of AGS, formerly known as American Gaming Systems, and had a spell as president and chief executive of Alliance Gaming Corporation, the predecessor company to Bally Technologies.
“The board thanks Peter for his years of service and leadership; we wish him the very best in his future endeavours,” Integrity chairman David Danziger said.
“I can't imagine a better person than Bob to transition the company into new leadership; we are lucky to have him.”
Miodunski added: “The board appreciates Peter’s leadership and contribution to the company’s success.
“Integrity has a solid installed base of machines and customers in its key markets of Oklahoma and Texas and I’m very excited to lead the search for a new CEO to guide the company into its next phase of growth.”
