GVC restructures product management team
GVC Holdings has announced a number of changes to its senior product team in order to fine-tune its operational structure.
Chief product officer Liron Snir will now shift the scope of his role to focus on providing strategic guidance for product, projects and new partnerships.
Snir will work with group director of corporate strategy and development, Nick Batram, to support corporate development with new initiatives, and also join work alongside managing director of digital Adam Lewis, to better align each division's work.
In addition to these new responsibilities, Snir will continue to lead the commercial management for content providers, partners, B2B customers and in-house casino games.
Elsewhere, deputy chief operating officer, Valery Gelfman, will now take direct responsibility for the gaming, platform, sports and retail product teams, and also assume responsibility for overall product planning.
In this role, Gelfman will work closely with each head of product to define the needs, priorities and provide transparency and focus on execution across digital and retail.
GVC has also confirmed that Claire Painting will move to the operations team as director of customer experience, reporting to chief operating officer Shay Segev, and working closely with Lewis.
Painting will have responsible for consistent overall customer experience across all channels and all customers’ touch points, with direct responsibility of portal and user experience and user interface.
In addition, after almost seven years with the group, Gary Gallagher will step down from his role of director for sports product before the end of the year in order to pursue new opportunities.
“The restructure of our senior team, announced to staff on Friday (9 August), fine tunes our operational structure to ensure we are fit for the future and able to continue the delivery our future growth plans in them most efficient manner,” Segev said.
“We have a great team in place and I am excited about our future prospects.”
