Gambling.com confirms changes to board

Gambling.com Group has made a number of changes to its board, with Susan Ball and Pär Sundberg coming in as independent, non-executive directors.

Ball currently serves as a non-executive director of Kambi Group, and earlier in her career led the initial public offering at Unibet Group on Nasdaq OMX First North as chief financial officer.

Sundberg co-founded Swedish content marketing services provider OTW and was president of the company from its inception in 1996 until 2009.

At present, Sundberg is executive chairman of the Brand New Content group and also chairman of Näslund & Jonsson Import AB.

Ball will now chair the audit committee at Gambling.com, while Sundberg will head up the remuneration committee.

As a result of the double appointment, Gambling.com has confirmed that Gerard Hall and Kevin McCrystle have stood down as directors.

In addition, Mark Blandford has been appointed to the new role of chairman.
