Clarion Gaming joins leading industry association
Clarion Gaming, parent company of iGaming Business, has been approved as an associate member of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM).
The gaming sector’s leading events organiser was one of four companies to have its membership application approved by the AGEM board, bringing the association’s total membership to 171 businesses across 22 countries.
“Membership of AGEM is a direct effort to support the global gaming supplier industry and all of our initiatives, and we’re very pleased Clarion Gaming has joined as an associate member,” AGEM executive director Marcus Prater said.
“Clarion and our member companies from around the world have a longstanding special relationship, working together at [its] different events for the benefit of all gaming suppliers and our very important customers seeking the best gaming technology,” he added.
Joining alongside Clarion were Competition Interactive, a Las Vegas-based studio bringing video gaming to the casino floor, vehicle rental service provider Enterprise Holdings and Macau-based law firm MdME Lawyers.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, AGEM represents manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, lotteries, systems, game content, table games, online technology, sports betting, key components and support products and services for the gaming industry.
“I am delighted that Clarion Gaming has been confirmed as an associate member of AGEM,” Clarion Gaming managing director Kate Chambers said.
“Suppliers play a major role in Clarion’s activities, and by working with the trade body that upholds their interests, we will be able to better tailor our conferences and exhibitions to ensure the B2B sector can extract maximum value from our events.”
