Instant play casinos ‘safer’ says ComeOn
ComeOn says its latest instant play casino in Germany offers improved levels of compliance and a “safer way to gamble”.
Its new Blitzino brand allows customers to benefit from faster casino play and withdrawals without “time-consuming registration”.
The move marks ComeOn’s latest launch to employ Trustly’s no-registration and quick withdrawal service, following Snabbare and Hajper in Sweden and Nopeampi in Finland. The full Know Your Customer (KYC) solution on every deposit allows customers to play casino instantaneously, and ComeOn says the withdrawal process takes as little as 15 minutes.
While the service is approved by Malta’s authorities there may be some who have concerns about whether KYC rules are being followed and if consumers are being encouraged to gamble impulsively.
However, ComeOn’s Anders Antonsson told iGamingBusiness.com that all the evidence shows that customers are being offered a more responsible service.
He said: “This solution actually makes us more compliant as we hold full KYC about our player on that first deposit so we are able avoid underage player instantly.
“ComeOn is committed to having a product that players can use and enjoy the games responsibly – players can set limits, take breaks or even, self-exclude if they feel the need. From past data, we can actually see that the game session last less on these sites than the average.
“The German casino site Blitzino provides a safe KYC solution on every deposit, this is a safer way to gamble than the old manual process.”
Antonsson added that the evidence from Cherry-owned ComeOn’s previous launches with Trustly shows that shaving time off administration is appreciated by customers.
“ComeOn is taking a leading position to offer customers a quicker and simpler solutions and we aim to exceed the player demands,” he told iGamingBusiness.com.
“Technology has also evolved to allow us to do this – so what’s better than being able to celebrate your wins faster by getting them in your pocket within 15 minutes?
“We have been offering similar solutions in Sweden and Finland for nearly a year and we know that the customers are appreciating the hassle-free experience.”
Cherry, which is active in seven key markets, and has gaming licences in Schleswig-Holstein, Malta, Poland and the UK, last month applied for a licence in Sweden.
Speaking about the Blitzino launch, ComeOn CEO Lahcene Merzoug (pictured), said: “As the name suggests, the experience for the customer is faster and easier than anything previously available on the market, so with Blitzino the customer can start playing instantly and access their winnings in lightning speed.”
