We strongly believe that our events and publications should reflect the aspirations of our industry and indicate the roadmap to a successful and sustainable future.
And the diversity of the workforce has been proven to be a contributing factor to higher revenues and more innovative business. This is why we have been committed to discussing this topic through our event, digital and print channels, and to increase the participation in our events of experts and influencers from the underrepresented groups, whether it’s gender, ethnicity, nationality, or sexual orientation.
D&I Functions at our events
ICE London has long been the host to the Diversity & Inclusion education, delivered in partnership with All-In Diversity and Global Gaming Women. Talking about the business case behind D&I and discussing the tools and strategies to achieve more balanced workforce participation, the seminar was the first one at industry events and set the example for other D&I functions, discussions, and workshop across all relevant events in the Clarion Gaming portfolio, including high-level panel discussions and workshop sessions at iGB Live! Amsterdam.
