Caesars to rebrand Lumiere Place as Horseshoe Saint Louis
The transformation project will include renovation of the property’s exterior with Horseshoe signage, as well as a new look for the casino floor, expanded slot options and the addition of a new food and drinks facility for customers.
Work will take place over the next few months and is scheduled for completion by spring this year.
The Lumière Place Casino & Hotel opened in December 2007 and has more than 1,400 slot machines, 58 table games and a 10-table poker room. The property is currently leased to Caesars by Gaming and Leisure Properties.
“We’re thrilled to usher in a new era and bring the historic Horseshoe to Saint Louis,” Lumière Place Casino & Hotel general manager Brian Mars said. “Horseshoe Saint Louis will bring a new look and introduce some exciting new gaming offerings for our guests.
“We couldn’t be prouder to bring this legendary brand, known for poker and gaming, to our guests here at Lumière Place.”
The Horseshoe Casinos brand was established in 1951 and currently has a network of six locations across the US, including properties in Maryland, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Iowa and Indiana.
