Company can now support customers such as Betsson and Bethard in UK

Scout Gaming Group has set its sights on working with “high profile” brands in the UK after it obtained a new licence to offer its B2B solutions to operators in the market.

The company, which provides B2B daily fantasy sports and pool betting, already holds a UK B2C licence and the new licence will now enable the firm to build on its product offering in the region.

Joakim Renman (pictured), commercial director at Scout, told iGamingBusiness.com that the B2B licence opens up more opportunities, saying the firm is already looking to bring new customers on board.

“The licence enables us to work with some of the largest, most experienced and also quite possibly some of the highest demanding brands in the business,” he said.

“We currently work with a number of international brands who hold UK licences such as Betsson and Bethard. These brands started out in other markets but as they grow the UK becomes a natural key market given the sheer size and importance.

“At the same time, we have been getting more and more attention from high profile UK facing brands, none of which I can disclose at present.”

Renman also revealed to iGamingBusiness.com that Scout is actively looking to follow its customers into other markets in order to support their own growth ambitions.

He said: “We ship our product wherever our operators go and there’s a supporting business case. Therefore I’m counting on us getting into several new markets in the near- to mid-term, some of which may require us to acquire additional licensing.”
