The Senet Group is to make up to £100,000 (€131,400/$146,300) in grants available to not-for-profit organisations as part of an effort to support ongoing responsible gambling strategies.

Individual organisations will be able to bit for up to £25,000 each per project, with two funding rounds having been set.

The first round is open now and closes on March 31, with successful bidders to be awarded funds by June 30, while the second round runs from April 1 until September 30, with funds granted before the end of the year.

Ron Finlay, chief executive of the Senet Group, said: “We’ll be looking for innovative ideas that complement rather than replicate our own work.

“Bidders must also have credible proposals for how their work will be evaluated.”
