Online lottery betting company Lottoland has appointed Elicia Bravo as its new chief strategy officer.

In her new position, Bravo will play a key role in developing, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives across the business, including corporate governance matters.

Bravo joins Lottoland having spent more than seven years in the international finance legal sector, representing banks in a host of multi-jurisdictional debt and equity-linked transactions.

“I look forward to helping Lottoland continue growing its business at such an unprecedented pace while also helping raise its profile and that of Gibraltar internationally,” Bravo said.

Nigel Birrell, chief executive of Lottoland, added: “Elicia’s legal background will place Lottoland in a great position to deal with all compliance and regulatory matters surrounding the business.

“This, coupled with her financing, strategic and M&A expertise, means Elicia will be of immense importance as we continue to rapidly grow our company.”
