Ladbrokes Coral appoints new non-exec director

Ladbrokes Coral has announced that Annemarie Durbin has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Director.

Ladbrokes Coral has announced that Annemarie Durbin has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Director.

Durbin, a non-executive director of WHSmith and Santander UK, will join the newly merged Ladbrokes Coral’s board effective immediately.

From 1 March 2017 she will also become a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Social Responsibility and Nomination Committees.

Durbin has 25 years of international banking experience, particularly across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

She is currently chair of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Authority Advisory Panel.

Ladbrokes Coral recently released its first joint trading update on its financial results, with operating profit for the full year 2016 expected to be within range of £275 million (€317.9 million/$339.6 million) and £285 million.
